Engagements for recruitment, acquisition, or advisory services are governed by a separate written agreement; where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement controls. The Helios Scale name, logo, copy, designs, and the Promethean materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

5. Bookings and enquiries

Booking an audit or submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helios Scale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
