Helios Scale Pty Ltd (ABN 98 680 810 066) (“Helios Scale”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to heliosscale.com and to the recruitment, acquisition, and advisory services we provide across APAC and North America.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically:
- Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, role, and details you share when you book an audit, apply to the talent pool, or contact us.
- Business and engagement information: offer, sales motion, targets, and performance data shared in the course of a client engagement.
- Usage information: pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver our hiring and advisory services.
- To match candidates from our talent pool to client roles.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
3. Advertising and analytics
We run advertising on platforms such as Meta and use analytics tools to understand site performance. These providers may set cookies and process limited data to measure and improve campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and ad preferences through each platform.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, analytics, scheduling, and email), with clients where you have applied to be matched to a role, or where required by law. Providers are bound to use the information only to deliver their service to us.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page. Australian users may also raise concerns with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information in our care.
8. International transfers
Because we operate across APAC and North America, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information can be raised through our contact page.
