Refund Policy – 90-Day Sales Team


Lead Flow & Sales Process Validation

  • For closers:

    • You must have a validated lead flow and sales process.

    • At least 5 new, unique sales calls per day are being generated.

    • You or an existing closer are consistently closing at 20% or higher.


  • For setters:

    • You must have a validated, curated opportunity stream.

    • At least 600 new, unique leads per month are available for outreach.

    • You or an existing setter are consistently booking at least 2 calls per day.

    • Approved lead sources include Facebook groups, VSL opt-in funnels, and low-ticket purchases.

    • Cold messaging or calling leads older than 2 months is not valid.



Placement Attempts

  • You have worked with up to 2 vetted closers and 2 vetted setters provided by our team.

  • If either rep fails to meet performance expectations, we will provide a replacement.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have cycled through 4 replacements for the same role (setter or closer) during the 90-day period without satisfactory performance.

Compliance

  • All conditions must be met within the 90-day program window.

  • Documentation of your participation and performance metrics will be required for refund processing.
